If you’d like to return or make a complaint about a resource that you have purchased with your Virtual Card, please contact the merchant directly.

If a refund is issued, the refunded amount will be returned back to your Personal Learning Budget. Please let us know via our Chat if you have requested a refund so we can process it as quickly as possible for you.
