After making a payment with your Learnerbly virtual card, you will need to upload a receipt to your purchase.
What's a valid receipt?
A receipt or proof of purchase is a document provided by the merchant as a record of your purchase of goods or services. Your Finance Team may need receipts to process the payment, just like a regular expense.
A valid receipt must include the following information:
The date of the purchase.
The name and address of the supplier.
The description of the items purchased including individual prices and quantities.
The VAT if applicable.
The total price.
How to upload your receipt
Once you have made your purchase, the merchant should provide you with a receipt or invoice. You can upload this via the Learnerbly platform so that your admin can download it. Uploading is easy and just takes a few clicks.
Go to your requests page, where you can see which requests are waiting for a receipt. Click View details and then Upload Receipt. We accept PDF, PNG and JPEG file formats.
