Accessing your Perlego subscription request via Learnerbly

Please Note: To ensure you benefit from the services or products associated with your code, we strongly advise redeeming it within the 30-day validity period.

Once the 30-day validity period ends, the code expires, and we regretfully cannot offer replacements or refunds.

After your request has been approved, it will be processed within 24 hours and you should receive an email from one of our team at Learnerbly!

You will be receiving an email directly from Learnerbly with a link for your voucher code to activate your subscription or you can locate it in the "request" section within the Learnerbly app.

  • Go to your 'Profile' on the Learnerbly platform and click on the 'Requests' section.

  • Click 'View Details'


Once you click on 'View Details' you will be redirected to a page where you can see and redeem your gift. 😃

2. Enter the unique code in the "Registration Code" field provided by Learnerbly in order to proceed with creating an account.

✋ If you have an existing account for Perlego, please follow this alternative solution on how to redeem your code:

  1. Head to your account settings.

  2. Delete your account (if you don't see this option, get in touch with support!) https://www.perlego.com/

  3. Follow the link: https://www.perlego.com/group-register?orgt1=IKiLONxYKvzlkgMAJVXN8g== and enter the code provided by our team at Learnerbly.

Note: You won't be able to transfer the notes, highlights, or reading lists you'd previously used once your account is deleted.



📑 If you wish to renew or extend your Perlego subscription, please follow this alternative solution for redeeming your code to your existing account:

Please reach out to their Support Team via email at help@perlego.com and include the following details:

  • Full name as it is on the existing account

  • Email address linked to the existing subscription

  • Name of the partnership: Learnerbly

  • The code that we provided to you.

They will get back to you once they successfully applied the code to your existing account.
