Apart from physical books, we also offer a big variety of books in their Kindle versions. In order to access a Kindle edition, you must first make sure that you belong to one of the following content regions:

At the moment, Kindles (just like physical books) are region-specific, which means, we can only fulfil Kindle books to the allocated content regions. The reason is that Kindle books are not global products as they are linked to a specific country region.

If your account does not belong to one of the aforementioned content regions, you will not be able to request a book in its Kindle version. Also, it's not possible to make cross-region requests. Apologies for the inconvenience.

NOTE: Please make sure that the Kindle book you are requesting corresponds to the same region as your actual Amazon account, otherwise, you will be receiving a different currency and you won't be able to redeem the code and the Kindle book.

The way we fulfil kindles is via gifting. You will receive a gift voucher with the value of the book to your email address associated with your Learnerbly account within the next 24hrs after we have notified you that your Kindle books have been purchased. Easy peasy lemon squeezy! 🍋

You can redeem the voucher in your preferred account and purchase the kindle book (with the gift voucher) yourself. You can only redeem and use the gift voucher on Amazon. Please keep an eye on your inbox and spam/junk folders! 👀

Once you have made your Kindle requests, you only need to follow these steps:

I didn't receive my kindle voucher.

Once you received a notification from us that we have successfully purchased your request, you should receive an email from Amazon for your voucher within 5 to 10 minutes.

Why does the kindle price change when I checked it on Amazon?

We try our best to reflect our providers’ prices as accurately as possible. However, providers update their prices and sales from time to time without prior notice. We highly recommend purchasing it right away once you apply the Amazon gift voucher to your account.

I want to cancel my kindle request.

Make sure that you haven't redeemed yet your voucher. If you have already redeemed the Amazon gift voucher, Amazon is unable to issue a refund for your request.

In order for the refund to be processed, you must request a refund within 14 days of recieving the content.

Please check with the department in charge of IT in your organization if you don't find the email with your kindle vouchers, as sometimes the firewall security system can block external emails from some providers
