After receiving the notification email from us that we have purchased your request, you should receive an email either from Learnerbly or from the provider with the credentials of your subscription within 2 working days.

If you are unable to locate the email, we suggest checking your junk or spam folders as sometimes the firewall security system can block external emails from some providers.
