They are the users that are NOT located in these countries:

  • πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ United Kingdom

  • πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ United States

  • πŸ‡©πŸ‡ͺ Germany

  • πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Έ Spain

  • πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡ͺ Sweden

  • πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦ Canada

If you are not located in those regions, you will be set by your organization as a "Global content region user". You are unable to request any physical books. At the moment, it's not possible to make cross-region requests.

At Learnerbly, one of our core priorities is to ensure our learners get a fast, consistent delivery experience. However, as we grow, we are still searching for book suppliers that can provide a reliable level of service in certain countries due to local distribution rights.

This has led to inconsistent and unpredictable delays in deliveries. Therefore, we decided to not offer books in certain regions as a resource type until a reliable provider can be found. Please accept our most sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

But don't worry, you or any global content region users can request alternative digital resources such as:

You still have over 3.5K different resources in Learnerbly to requests, including courses, webinars, conferences, coaches, videos, articles, and more! Any resource which can be accessed online is available for you to request (excluding Kindles, since those are bind to the aforementioned regions). More digital resources? Check it out here πŸ‘‰ Online Courses and Digital Resources

But wait, there is more! In addition to what we just mentioned, you can also request Audible subscriptions on the platform, which will give you access to more than 200K titles by best-selling authors, including fiction, science, fantasy, and more! You will need the UK or US Amazon account to access the subscription. Please make sure you have the relevant account and pick the correct product when requesting as the codes are not transferable.
