This will take you to the main page of your dashboard. The same happens when you press the Learnerbly logo.

Explore

To check different places such as "Discovery", "Topics", "Providers" and "Your organisation"

  • Discover

Here you can see sections like "Recommended for you" based on the initial topics you selected, "New in" for recently added resources, "Trending" for the most requested resources and "Latest playlists"

  • Topics

To search content based on topics, such as "Business", "Communication", "Marketing" etc.

  • Providers

To navigate the content by providers. Just scroll down to discover your favourite providers.

  • Your company

Here you can find the personalised playlists from your organisation, as well as curated content only for you.

Team (admin rights)

If you have admin rights, then you will have this option available in your dashboard for your direct reports information. In team, you can see the following tabs:

  • Approvals

Here you can see all the pending approvals from your team and the history of your team's requests.

Their requests won't get processed by our team until you approve them. If you cancel them, the user will get their credits back immediately.

Please keep an eye on them as if you approve or cancel a request after the deadline of a budget, the request will get deducted (if approved later) from the new budget or refunded to the old budget. Always keep an eye on your team's pending requests.

  • Members

This tab shows you a quick summary of your team, like their names, in which group they belong, how much budget they have left and their goals (see Goals sections for more info)

  • Analytics

If you are a graphs nerd like us, this is your place. This dashboard gives you learning and development insights on the people you're an approver of.

Admin (company admin rights)

For visualisation of the whole company. If you have company admin rights, you can see the following information about all the people in your organisation, no just your direct peers:

  • Requests

For the full story of all the requests made by your colleagues. You can also download any receipts if needed.

  • Analytics

For statistics and graphs on the whole company. You can filter them by date and groups, too.

  • People

Here you can find a quick view of all your colleagues and perform certain actions, like editing their information and creating/adding new colleagues via the "Manage learners" option.

  • Settings

Check the configurations and integrations of your company with Learnerbly, like the SSO providers etc.
