1. We are planning to make changes to our offering and pricing; how do we inform Learnerbly?
Keeping your content fresh and accurate is important to us! All updates to the Learnerbly platform, including price adjustments and catalogue changes, are managed by our PartnerOps team. If you need to update your pricing or make changes to your listings, please inform Learnerbly at least one month in advance to ensure a smooth transition. This allows us to update our system and inform our users in a timely manner.
To submit changes, please contact content@learnerbly.com with the details of your updates.
Important: If you need to update your offering’s prices, please note that once you notify us, we will temporarily deactivate your content listings until the updates are finalised. The new prices will take effect on Learnerbly once our team confirms with you that all listings and the order tracker spreadsheet have been updated.
2. We’re looking to make updates to our partner profile on Learnerbly. What’s the process for changing our company logo and bio?
If you’d like to update your company logo or bio, please send us the following:
Your new logo in PNG format with a transparent background
A brief bio about your company (around 300 characters). Tell us who you are and why Learnerbly users should learn with you.

3. Can we add new content to the Learnerbly catalogue?
We may be able to support expansions to your catalogue, but we cannot guarantee approval for all requests. If you'd like to propose new courses or services, please email us at partners@learnerbly.com with the details, and our team will review and advise on the next steps.
4. What happens if we discontinue a course?
If you plan to remove a course from your catalogue, please give us at least one month’s notice so we can update our platform and inform any learners who may be affected. Giving us timely notice allows us to update your offering appropriately, helps reduce the risk of misleading advertising and minimises refund requests from users.
5. Can we offer discounts or promotions through Learnerbly?
We may be able to support special promotions or discounts, but we cannot guarantee approval for all requests. If you’d like to propose a discount, please notify us at least one month in advance with the following details:
The discount percentage or new price
The start and end date of the promotion
We will review your request internally to determine if it aligns with our current strategy and will confirm whether we can proceed.
