Code Validity Period
For partners that utilise checkout codes, these codes remain valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. To ensure a smooth experience for your users, we recommend encouraging them to redeem codes within this period.
After the 30-day period, codes will automatically expire, and replacements, extensions, or refunds for unused codes will not be available.
Code Expiration and Refund Policy
Our standard approach is that once a code has been redeemed, it is not eligible for a refund. However, in exceptional circumstances, we may work with partners to determine whether a code can be invalidated and a refund processed.
Refund Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase or issuance of the content.
Requests made after this period will not be considered.
Refund Process
Partners must reach out to Learnerbly support to request a refund on behalf of their users.
Refunds are subject to the nature of the digital resource and whether it meets our refund criteria.
If approved, the refund will be processed following confirmation from both Learnerbly and the partner.
Refund Eligibility by Resource Type
Physical Materials: Refunds are available within 14 days if the book does not meet expectations.
Digital Content (e-books, software, etc.): Refunds are generally not applicable unless the resource is inaccessible after purchase.
Online Courses: Refunds will be considered only if the course is inaccessible due to a technical issue.
Live or Virtual Events (Coaches, Webinars, Conferences): Refunds will be issued only in cases of cancellation, rescheduling, or significant changes to the event program.
Steps for Processing Refunds for Checkout Codes
Record the Refund: All refund requests must be logged in the shared tracking system.
Request Code Invalidation: Learnerbly will contact the relevant partner to request the invalidation of the code.
Confirm Refund Status: Once the partner confirms invalidation, Learnerbly will process the refund accordingly.
Ensuring Code Redemption
To minimise issues with expired codes, we recommend that partners remind users to redeem their codes within 30 days. This helps provide a seamless experience and reduces unnecessary refund requests.
