Your access to Learnerbly is via your company and their agreement with us therefore we are only able to send resources to workplace email addresses. Learnerbly access is tied directly to your workplace account and email address. This means that all resources, communications, and login details are associated with the email provided by your employer. For privacy and compliance reasons, Learnerbly does not support the use of personal email addresses for accessing its services.

Steps for Addressing Exceptions or Concerns

If you have concerns about your email address or access to Learnerbly, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Your Company Admin: Reach out to your company’s administrator to discuss your situation and explore possible solutions.

  2. Understand the Policies: Be aware that Learnerbly is only authorized to use the workplace email on file and cannot make changes to personal email addresses.

Likewise, due to GDPR reasons, we cannot change the users' login details to their personal emails or send any information to personal emails. All subscriptions and resources provided through Learnerbly are linked to your workplace email. This ensures that access is managed in accordance with your employer’s agreement with Learnerbly.

We are contracted with your organisation as an entity (not the users as individuals), therefore contractually we can only handle user data that is linked with your company, i.e. work emails etc. This applies to existing and former users. If you leave your company, you will lose access to Learnerbly and any associated subscriptions if its linked to your work email. Access cannot be transferred to a personal email address or a new workplace email.

Learnerbly is not liable for resources redeemed to personal emails.
