On some very rare occasions, depending on the country you live in and with some very few resources (like journals, books not from Amazon, cards etc), you might get a notification that you need to pay customs taxes in order to receive your request.

If this is your situation, please, before paying anything, send us all the relevant info (screenshots, letters, pictures, emails etc) about the taxes you need to pay and we can pay that on your behalf and get them deducted from your learning budget.

However, in the event you have paid them already out of your own pocket, then, you will need to approach your People Team at your organisation so they can reimburse this for you.
