  • If you purchased something out of your own pocket, we are unable to issue reimbursements to credit what you paid back to your learning budget. This applies if it's a required learning material from your organization requested outside Learnerbly or, a resource requested via Learnerbly.

  • On some very rare occasions, depending on the country you live in and with very few resources (like journals, books not from Amazon, cards, etc), you might get a notification that you need to pay customs taxes in order to receive your request. If you already paid them, we are unable to reimburse you.

  • If this is the case, where you paid something with your own money, please contact your People/Finance team in your organization to seek reimbursement in accordance with their company's expense policy.
