If you purchased something out of your own pocket, we are unable to issue reimbursements to credit what you paid back to your learning budget. This applies if it's a required learning material from your organization requested outside Learnerbly or, a resource requested via Learnerbly.

On some very rare occasions, depending on the country you live in and with very few resources (like journals, books not from Amazon, cards, etc), you might get a notification that you need to pay customs taxes in order to receive your request. If you already paid them, we are unable to reimburse you.

If this is the case, where you paid something with your own money, please contact your People/Finance team in your organization to seek reimbursement in accordance with their company's expense policy.
