Once the 30-day validity period ends, the code expires, and we regretfully cannot offer replacements or refunds.
Additionally, Learnerbly course redemption codes expire after 30 days from the date of issuance, and users are encouraged to redeem their codes promptly to avoid expiration.
Your request will be processed within 24hrs hours from when your request has been approved.
You will be receiving an email directly from Learnerbly team with a link for your voucher code to activate your subscription.
When users click on the "Get Code" button (while the link or code is still valid), they are presented with a note and a guide link that explicitly remind them of the validity period.
