The resource is deactivated: At times, our team may deactivate certain resources or providers either due to fulfillment, suitability, technical or commercial reasons.
The resource is free: If a resource is marked as "free", there won't be a request button on the platform. You can also contact us to confirm if the resource is free.
The resource is restricted: Some resources might be unavailable to you due to regional restrictions or because they have been restricted by your organization. As a result, you may not see the request button.
