You have the option to select an individual course or a full 1-year membership to get access to the full Educative catalogue!
Depending on what you wish to request, it might require approval from your line manager. Please contact your Admin / Approver at your organisation if you need more information.
Once your Educative classes have been approved, our Fulfilment Team will proceed to purchase your request (hooray!). You will receive an email from Learnerbly within the next 48hrs to your institutional email (the email you used to make your request through Learnerbly) with a coupon and instructions on how to get access to your Educative content.
Note: We recommend you always check your spam/junk folder for any missing emails. If you still haven't found your gift code, please check with the department in charge of IT in your organisation, as sometimes the firewall security system can block external emails from some providers.
How to redeem your Educative request
If you are getting an individual course, please click on the link provided in the email sent to you. That link will take you to the individual course you requested. You might need to create an account or login into your existing one.
Click on "Get this course for..."
This will open a new window. Then, just click on "Redeem Coupon" and you are ready to go! 🚀
If you requested the Annual Pass, you must click on the link provided in the email sent to you. You might need to create an account or login into your existing one.
The link will take you to the subscriptions page. There, you must select the Standard subscription and then click "Gift a subscription" as that is the one we fulfilled.
At the moment, we don't currently fulfil the Premium subscription. Apologies for the inconvenience.
