If you want to see the list of your requests you only need to do the following:

  1. Click on your pic profile

  2. Then, select "Your requests"

There, you will be able to see the whole list of your request divided into cards.

Every card contains information about your request:

  1. Initial panel. There you will see info such as the name of the resource, price and if that resource was auto-approved

  2. Show more details. Once clicked, you will see the shipping address information of that particular resource.

  3. Status of your request. It will display more information about your request, such as in which stage your request currently is, how long you have to wait until you need to contact us, the estimated time of delivery etc. Here also you will see if your request is pending approval.

  4. Help buttons. If you require more assistance, you can click on one of the following buttons:

    1. Learn more about requesting on Learnerbly: This will take you to our Help Centre. If you have questions, chances are, we have already covered them.

    2. I haven't received my request: By pressing this button will open automatically a new Intercom conversation with key information about your request. We recommend complementing and adding more information to your conversation, so our team can help you in the best possible way.

    3. Contact us: Similar to the previous button, it will automatically open a new Intercom conversation. We recommend complementing and adding more information to your conversation, so our team can help you in the best possible way.
