If the content you requested via our marketplace is not what you were expecting, you can request a refund, within 14 days of your content being sent to you.
In order for the refund to be processed, you must request a refund within 14 days of recieving the content. After the refund has been approved, you must return the item (if physical) using the returns instructions provided by our Support team within 14 days of the return being approved.
Please note that access and subscription codes are non-refundable.
Once complete we will credit your Learning Budget account with the original item purchase, minus any delivery, taxes, or other fees paid at the time of delivery from the learning budget from which the original transaction was made.
If you request the refund after the 14-day refund time limit has expired no refund will be applied. In the event that the item is faulty, such as a book that has been damaged or an online course that becomes inaccessible after activating it, then Learnerbly may, at its discretion, apply for a refund after the 14-day limit.

The resource that I requested has become inaccessible after activating it, can I get a refund?
Yes! You are eligible for a refund if an online course/ digital product has become inaccessible after activating it.
I received a damaged book, can I request a refund?
Of course. If your resource is damaged upon receiving the item, please let us know within 14 days and we can sort out a refund upon returning the item.
I'm not happy with the content that I requested, and it's been more than 14 days since I received the resource, can I still get a refund?
We are unable to issue refunds for requests more than 14 days after you receive the resource. In the case of subscriptions or access codes, we are unable to offer refunds.
I want to refund my Kindle request
We are able to refund Kindles within the timeframe except for already redeemed Kindles. Please make sure that you haven't yet redeemed your voucher. If you have already redeemed the Amazon gift voucher, we are unable to issue a refund for your request.
I want to refund my request made with a Virtual card
The Learnerbly Refund Policy applies only to content purchased and fulfilled via Learnerbly’s marketplace and excludes any item purchased with a Virtual Card.
