1️⃣ Keeping Your Listings Accurate and Up-to-Date

Accurate, current listings ensure learners see the right information and trust your offerings.

All updates are managed by our Partner Operations team.

Key updates to share with us:

  • Changes to content descriptions listed on Learnerbly

  • Retired or discontinued offerings (so we can remove them)

  • Planned pricing changes

    Always provide the VAT-inclusive price, where applicable. Learnerbly charges VAT to clients, and all platform prices are displayed VAT-inclusive

Notice period

Please notify us at least one month in advance for pricing or catalogue changes to ensure a smooth transition.

Important

  • If you are updating prices, your listings may be temporarily deactivated until the updates are finalised.

  • New prices take effect once our team confirms that all listings and the order tracker spreadsheet have been updated.

  • Please notify us at least one month in advance for price or catalogue changes to ensure a smooth transition.

2️⃣ Updating Your Partner Profile

A clear and professional profile helps learners discover and trust your offerings.

To update your logo or bio, please provide:

  • Your new logo in PNG format with a transparent background

  • A short bio about your company (~300 characters) that highlights who you are and why Learnerbly users should learn with you.

3️⃣ Adding New Content

We may be able to support expansions to your catalogue, but we cannot guarantee approval for all requests. If you'd like to propose new courses or services, please email us at partners@learnerbly.com with the details, and our team will review and advise on the next steps.


4️⃣ Removing or Discontinuing Content

If you plan to remove a course from your catalogue, please give us at least one month’s notice so we can update our platform and inform any learners who may be affected. Giving us timely notice allows us to update your offering appropriately, helps reduce the risk of misleading advertising and minimises refund requests from users.


5️⃣ Promotions and Discounts

If you’re considering offering a discount or limited-time promotion, please contact us at least one month in advance with:

The discount percentage or new promotional price

The start and end dates of the offer

All promotions are reviewed to ensure they align with our current strategy and platform guidelines. We’ll confirm whether we’re able to move forward after review.
