Managing Your Catalogue on Learnerbly

Clear guidance to help you represent your offerings accurately, compliantly, and successfully on the platform.

Written by Galina Grkovikj

1. Keeping Your Listings Accurate and Up-to-Date

Accurate, current listings ensure learners see the right information and trust your offerings. All updates are managed by our Partner Operations team.

Key updates to share with us:

  • Changes to content descriptions listed on Learnerbly

  • Retired or discontinued offerings

  • Planned pricing changes — always provide the VAT-inclusive price where applicable. Learnerbly charges VAT to clients, and all platform prices are displayed VAT-inclusive

Notice period

As per Learnerbly's Partner Terms & Conditions (clause 3.5), please notify us at least 30 days in advance for any pricing or catalogue changes to ensure a smooth transition.

Submitting updates

All updates to your catalogue must be submitted through our dedicated partner forms. Please use the relevant form below:

You will receive an email confirmation once your submission has been received, and a further notification once your update has been processed on Learnerbly or if your submission has been rejected.

Important:

  • If you are updating prices, your listings may be temporarily deactivated until the updates are finalised

  • New prices take effect once our team confirms that all listings and the order tracker spreadsheet have been updated

Thank you for keeping your listings up-to-date — we're committed to supporting your success on Learnerbly and showcasing your offerings at their best.

2. Updating Your Partner Profile

A clear and professional profile helps learners discover and trust your offerings.

To update your logo, company bio or website URL, please use our dedicated form:

When submitting a new logo, please ensure it is in PNG format with a transparent background. For your company bio, we recommend around 300 characters highlighting who you are and why Learnerbly users should learn with you.

You will receive an email confirmation once your submission has been received, and a further notification once your profile has been updated on Learnerbly or if your submission has been rejected.

3. Adding New Content

We welcome catalogue expansions from our partners. Before submitting, we recommend reviewing the Anatomy of a good resource page for guidance on what makes a strong listing on Learnerbly.

To submit a new resource for listing, please use the form that matches your agreed fulfilment method, as specified in your Learnerbly Partner Agreement:

You will receive an email confirmation once your submission has been received, and a further notification once your resource is live on Learnerbly or if your submission has been rejected.

4. Removing or Discontinuing Content

If you need to remove a resource from your catalogue — whether temporarily or permanently — please submit a request using our dedicated form:

To avoid learners accessing unavailable content, our team will action deactivation requests within 24 hours during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm GMT).

You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been received, and a further notification once your resource has been deactivated.

5. Promotions and Discounts

If you're considering offering a discount or limited-time promotion, please contact us at least one month in advance with:

  • The discount percentage or new promotional price

  • The start and end dates of the offer

All promotions are reviewed to ensure they align with our current strategy and platform guidelines. We'll confirm whether we're able to move forward after review.
