Each piece of learning content that you see on the platform is what we call a learning resource. It's a representation of an external piece of learning content hosted or provided by somebody else.

When you request a resource, we may need to share your details with that provider as part of the process of purchasing it on your behalf.

These details may include:

- Your name

- Your work email address

For physical items, we may also need to provide:

- Your address

- Your phone number

We only share the minimum details necessary with a supplier or partner to complete the purchase on your behalf.

Some suppliers may require more detailed personal information when making a purchase. Where possible we'll ask you to speak directly to the supplier, and in some cases we may not be able to fulfil resources from this supplier.

To make you aware of this aspect of the process, we've introduced a toggle during the request process.

You'll need to consent to share your details with 3rd party suppliers by enabling the toggle. If you do not wish to share your details with providers, you will not be able to make a request through Learnerbly.

You can find more details about how we use your data in our Privacy Notice here
