What are Global Content Region Users?
They are the users that are NOT located in these countries:
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
🇺🇸 United States
🇩🇪 Germany
🇪🇸 Spain
🇸🇪 Sweden
🇳🇱 Netherlands
🇨🇦 Canada
If you are not located in those regions, you will be set by your organization as a "Global content region user". You are unable to request any physical books. At the moment, it's not possible to make cross-region requests.
At Learnerbly, one of our core priorities is to ensure our learners get a fast, consistent delivery experience. However, as we grow, we are still searching for book suppliers that can provide a reliable level of service in certain countries due to local distribution rights.
This has led to inconsistent and unpredictable delays in deliveries. Therefore, we decided to not offer books in certain regions as a resource type until a reliable provider can be found.

Why can't I request a physical book?
At the moment, we are unable to find book suppliers that can provide a reliable level of service in certain countries due to local distribution rights.
Why my colleague can request a book but I can't?
Some particular providers are not available in your region, especially for global users. If your colleague is located in any of those 7 countries, they can see books from our app and they can request physical books. At the moment, it is not possible to acquire resources between regions.
Are you planning to expand physical books to global users?
