Why are we making these changes?

We’re expanding our network of book suppliers to unlock access to physical books in more regions across the globe. Books are one of the most popular learning resources on the platform, but due to our current fulfilment limitations, we’ve only been able to ship them to select core regions.

🆕 With new partners coming on board throughout 2025, we’ll be able to provide a more standardised, consistent book offering worldwide.

What changes will users see?
Starting in June 2025, book prices on the platform will be shown at their Recommended Retail Price (RRP) — rather than discounted or region-specific pricing from individual suppliers.

🆕 This means everyone sees the same pricing model, no matter where they are — making the experience fairer and easier to understand.

If there are any Postage & Packaging (P&P) fees, they’ll be clearly itemised at checkout and included in the total request price. These will be deducted from your personal learning budget as usual.

Will books now be available in more countries?
Yes!
🆕 We’re gradually expanding coverage to new regions, starting with additional EU territories and aiming for broader global fulfilment by the end of 2025.
This means more users around the world will be able to request and receive physical books — not just those in our original regions.
