Canceling request for a physical book

You need to contact us right away since most of our physical books are purchased automatically by the system. If the book was already dispatched, we are unable to cancel your request.

Canceling request for a kindle

Make sure that you didn't redeem the gift voucher in order for Amazon to cancel the voucher and issue a refund. Otherwise, if you redeemed the voucher, we are unable to request for cancelation and refund.

Canceling request for a course

You need to contact us right away since the provider's refund and cancelation policies defer from provider to provider. This can also depend on their cancelation policy. We will do our best but we cannot guarantee a cancelation and refund.


Canceling request for a subscription

This can depend on the situation (e.g. technical issue) and their policy if the provider accepts a cancelation. Some of the providers allow a cancelation if the course is not more than 30days. Provider's refund and cancelation policies defer from provider to provider.

Canceling requests for an event or webinars

You have to contact us right away 20 days before the class or event starts. If in case the event has already started and you decided to cancel it, the provider is unable to cancel your request and can only offer a reschedule.

Canceling requests for an Ebook

You need to contact us right away since the provider's refund and cancelation policies defer from provider to provider. We will do our best but we cannot guarantee a cancelation and refund.
